for dry soils, dry vacuum. for wet soils, steam clean. only use a neutral, solvent-free cleaner. deep clean using an upright extraction method. during winter months, use a nylon brush or a broom before vacuuming to loosen soils. mats are fully launderable in industrial-sized machine. allow mats to dry thoroughly before returning to service.

please note:

standard production time is 15 business days after proof approval for small quantity orders. please allow for additional production time for higher quantity orders. all mats have a 3-5% size variance. different designs, sizes and products cannot be combined for higher quantity break pricing. minimum text height: 1" serif fonts & ½" sans serif fonts. minimum line thickness: ⅛". white & light colors should be at least ¼". the text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis. light background colors should be avoided due to their tendency to show dirt on the mat more than a darker or neutral tone. we also advise against the use of screens, tints and transparencies in the design because they are no easily converted to our color palette, coated pms matching available, add $430.00 per pms color (up to 4 colors). please note: we will do our best to match a pms color; however, due to the heating process of attaching the carpet to the rubber, the final color may be a few shades lighter. carpet specifications: • yarn: acid dyed continuous filament type 6, 6 nylon • weight: 32 oz. per square yard (1085 grams per square meter) • substrate: freudenberg lutradur® polyester spunbond non-woven fabric 3.8 oz./square yard (130 grams per square meter)
